Shipping Destinations
Van Lune & Co. provides fully tracked international shipping to the following select regions:
Oceania: Australia and New Zealand.
North America: United States and Canada.
Europe: All European Union countries (excluding the United Kingdom and Ukraine).
Asia: Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and South Korea.
Note: We do not currently offer shipping to the United Kingdom, Ukraine, the Middle East (including UAE), Africa, or Latin America.
Delivery Timelines
To ensure you receive the best value, our pieces are dispatched directly from our international fulfillment centers. The exact shipping time is estimated at checkout.
Order Processing: 1–2 business days.
Standard Shipping: 6–14 business days.
Please note that during peak seasons or due to updated customs procedures in the US and Canada, delivery may occasionally take up to 20 business days.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
USA & Canada: We ship via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Any applicable import duties or taxes are pre-calculated and paid by us during dispatch. You will not face any surprise charges at your door.
Europe & Oceania: Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Tracking Your Journey
Every Van Lune order is sent via a fully tracked service. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package’s progress the moment it leaves our studio.
